Go Digital Mate (ABN 92 650 986 735) provides a hosted portal that analyses a website's search-engine performance and, where you approve it, applies changes to that website through a connector plugin you install. Rajan's DIY SEO is the software behind it.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and your site's connection token confidential, and for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly at wecare@godigitalmate.com.au if you think either has been exposed. One account covers one business; accounts are not to be shared between organisations.
The portal can write to your website: meta titles and descriptions, structured data, FAQ answers, redirects, image alt text and links inside your content. It does this only for changes you or someone you have authorised approves in the portal.
Before each content change we save a snapshot you can restore from the portal. You remain the owner and publisher of your website, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what is published on it.
Keep your own independent backups. Snapshots are a convenience for undoing our changes, not a backup service.
Search engines decide what to rank and change how they do it without notice. We apply established, above-board optimisation practices and report honestly on what happens. We do not guarantee any particular position, traffic level, or revenue outcome, and any figure described as an estimate or a projection is exactly that. Nobody who guarantees a search ranking is telling you the truth.
The service depends on others — Google's APIs, search-data providers, your hosting and your WordPress plugins. If one changes, restricts or withdraws its service, some features may change or stop. We will tell you when that affects something you rely on.
Fees, billing periods and notice periods are those set out in your service agreement or invoice with Go Digital Mate. Where they conflict with these terms, that agreement governs.
We aim to keep the portal available and to run scheduled work reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen; we will restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.
The portal, the plugin and their code remain ours. Your website content, your data, and the reports produced about your site are yours; you may keep and use them after the service ends. You grant us the permission needed to process that content in order to provide the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic or indirect loss.
Either of us may end the service on the notice set out in your service agreement. You can disconnect Google and deactivate the plugin at any time, which stops all access immediately. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms and will email account holders about anything material before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Go Digital Mate submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
